Deborah O.

My name is Deborah O. and I am from Abuja, Nigeria. I attended Federal Training Centre Kaduna in Nigeria for my advance diploma in Administrative Studies and later the University of Ibadan for further courses in Administrative and Secretarial work. I started work with the Industrial Arbitration Panel in Abuja, a body responsible for mediation and resolution for labour disputes in Nigeria. As a result of my outstanding performances, I was seconded and later retained as the Personal Assistant to the Director in charge of all Ministries in Auditor General Office in Nigeria in 1999. I was included in the team that audited Nigeria embassies in Tanzania and New York, America. While in the service of my country, I was sponsored by the Federal Government on Pilgrimage to Jerusalem.

Upon moving to the USA, I started work at Brookdale old age home and, later on, at Guardian Living Home all in Houston USA as a Caregiver. After gaining this valuable experience, I decided to continue on this career path in Canada.

My hobbies include reading and I love traveling.
