I am a registered nurse who just graduated from Ryerson University 2019. I have been working with Pinnacle as a PSW for more than a year. I enjoy working with, and helping people who need assistance with their daily living. My nursing philosophy is to respectfully provide care to clients in a manner that is responsive to their needs and values. I have a compassionate approach to delivering care from the clients’ point of view, in order to maintain their dignity and independence. I also emphasize client-nurse communication and collaboration. I work towards a mutually respectful relationship with my clients by incorporating their values and needs into the Care Plan.
